If you wish to ship something to yourself at the MGM use this format for the address:

This only works if you are a hotel guest. DO NOT ship anything "care of Boondoggle" as we have to pay fees for all packages sent in the event's name.

MGM Map

Boondoggle '99 will be hosted in the MGM Grand Studio Ballroom. It is located in the Studio Walk past Emerils and the Brown Derby. Please refer to the below map for more detail.

Boondoggle Pass Pick-up

You must have a Boondoggle Pass in order to participate in any Boondoggle events and/or enter the Ballroom. In order to obtain one you must be on the registered guest list, pay in cash for the events you signed up for, and sign a "hold harmless" agreement. There will be security at the door checking for passes.

You can pick up your pass at the Grand Garden Box Office
between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, July 16th, 1999.

If you can not pick up your pass during this time frame you need to contact Steve Saka to make alternative plans for securing your badge.

Cigar Donations

All cigar donations will be collected at the time you pick up your Boondoggle Pass. We ask that you please have them sealed in a ziploc bag to protect them from the low RH of Vegas. Thank You.

Boondoggle Cancellations - after 7/7/99

If for any reason you need to cancel entirely or wish to drop from an event for which you registered, you will still be asked to pay for that event's cost.

Please remember that Boondoggle '99 is entirely a non-profit event, in fact, it is already costing us more per person than anyone is paying. When you cancel it becomes an additional burden that we as the organizers have to pay out of pocket. In good faith, we have paid for everything based on your final registration and we expect everyone to return the gesture by paying for the events they have signed up for.

Up until this point we have allowed people to modify their registrations at no cost, but this is no longer possible.

Boondoggle '99 Attendee List - UPDATED

Boondoggle is 100% Non-Profit - No Selling Allowed!!!

The Boondoggle is a mega-herf amongst friends, not an opportunity for anyone to sell anyone anything. We have worked very hard to keep this a non-profit event for all involved and we will not tolerate anyone hocking anything to Boondogglers in the ballroom no matter how good a deal it is. So if you were looking at this as a chance to make some green then you had better cancel your trip because we will bounce you out quicker than you can say "Ooops." No refunds given to weasels either.
